Here’s the prize money payout for each golfer at the 2022 Genesis Scottish Open

News

The Genesis Scottish Open is the first co-sanctioned event between the PGA Tour and the DP World Tour as part of their strategic alliance announced in November 2020. The spots in the field were split between the two tours and resulted in a field with 14 of the top 15 players in the world competing. (Mind you, competing in a tournament in Scotland on a links-style course ahead of the 150th Open at St. Andrews makes it a pretty attractive place to play.)

While a number of those top-ranked players will need a little more links practice after missing the cut at the Renaissance Club on Friday—notably defending Open champion Collin Morikawa, reigning Masters winner Scottie Scheffler, reigning PGA Championship winner Justin Thomas and Will Zalatoris, runner-up in the last two majors—those who are playing the weekend will enjoy a nice reward for their efforts. The overall prize money payout at the Genesis Scottish Open is $8 million with the winner taking home $1.4 million for his victory.

Below is the prize money payout for each golfer who made the cut. Come back shortly after the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday and we’ll update this list with individual names and specific payouts.
